How to take Seven Seas Orange Syrup & Cod Liver Oil Liquid:
Shake well
Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) daily.
Children 5 - 15 years old: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily.
Women who are pregnant, lactating, or likely to become pregnant: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) daily.
Dilute with boiled cooled water if desired.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
