Sim-plex comprises of a precision blend of both fast and slow release absorption proteins. These duo-absorption ratios provide an ideal anabolic and anti-catabolic meal ‘on the go’. It contains high levels of branch chain amino acids (BCAA's), vitamins and minerals.
