Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid found in all cells of the human body with higher concentrations in the brain cell membrane. It may have a role in maintaining various nerve cell functions and supporting normal memory function.
Phospholipid Complex (Phosphatidylserine, Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylethanolamine, Phosphatidylinositol), Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin), Medium Chain Triglyceride, Antioxidant; dl-alpha Tocopherol.
Each capsule contains 500mg of a mix of purified phospholipids obtained from soyabeans, standardised to provide 20% (100mg) phosphatidylserine.
Take one capsule a day.
