To Mix: 1) for a high protein, high calorie drink add 3 level scoops of Pharma-Gain to 400ml of ice-cold water or 500ml milk and shake vigorously or blend for approximately 10 seconds. 2) for a high protein, lower carbohydrate MRP drink add 2 level scoops to 300ml of ice cold water or 350 ml milk and shake vigorously or blend for approximately 10 seconds.
