Directions for use: For the best results use 2 servings of Pharma-Blend 6 HR daily. Use 1 serving at any stage throughout the day when a slow burning, timed release protein meal is required. Use the final serving as the pre-bedtime muscle repair meal.
To Mix a regular shake providing 42 grams of protein: Add 2 rounded scoops to 300-350ml ice cold water or milk and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
