Nature’s Own Dolomite contains excellent levels of calcium and magnesium. Calcium is essential for the formation and maintenance of healthy bones. Magnesium is essential for the transport of calcium into the system.
Magnesium and calcium help with maintaining our nervous system and muscle function. Dolomite contains magnesium carbonate and calcium carbonate. Calcium carbonate is an economical and widely available supplemented form of calcium. The magnesium and the calcium carbonate are often used in indigestion products to help to deal with excess acidity.
Suitable for: Vegetarians, and for people with Candida and yeast sensitivities.
