You should be consuming protein every 2-3 hours. If no other protein is being consumed, take 3-6 capsules every 2-3 hours. On training days, take 3-6 capsules 30 minutes before training, 3-6 capsules immediately after training and another 3-6 capsules before you go to sleep.
