For best results take 2 servings a day. One at breakfast and another between meals or after training. One serving = 1.5 scoops. Mix with 350-400ml of cold water. For Best results, mix in a Maximuscle shaker.

Review: The flavours arent quite as good some others out there but they arent bad either. I like this product as it mixes very well and doesnt leave stodgy lumps in my milk.

Review: Its so much easier to use cyclone than take everything separately.
Put on about half a stone of lean muscle pretty quickly since using it in the mornings and after working out.

Review: I have been using cyclone in the morning and after working out for a couple of weeks. It may be a little expensive but it's well worth it as I can def see the results.
