Four capsules typically provide: 100mg Vitamin C, 10mg Vitamin B6, 80µg Biotin, 100mg Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5), 6mg Zinc, 1200mg Collagen, 40mg GLA, 100mg MSM, 139mg Silicon.
Suggested intake: Take 4 capsules a day.
