Review: Definitely feel the improvement in my ability to focus and push myself harder during a workout.
I have a single tablet half an hour or so before I go to the gym, then double tablet in a water bottle to keep me going while I am working out, topping up with water as I go.
Taste is one you quickly get used to, and is pretty pleasant.
For the price it is, you get absolutely unbeatable performance, and I don't think you could ask for a better product.
