Mix with juice or carbohydrate drink. Take two heaped teaspoonsful (10 g) for five days, then one and a half teaspoonsful (7 g) for five days and then one heaped teaspoonful (5 g) for seven days. Then follow a maintenance dose of one teaspoonful (3 g) per day
