2 EU recommended daily allowance: 36%. +8TE = d-alpha tocopherol.
We advise taking 2 capsules or strawberry flavoured chews per day with food. If you are starting supplementation after a long break or for the first time, we suggest an initial intake of 6 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks, in order to build up the body's levels of essential fatty acids.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Equazen eye q capsules are suitable for 5 years to adult and Equazen eye q chews are suitable for 3 years to adult. Keep the capsules and chews in a cool dry place, out of reach of children.

Review: Our kids loves these. Actually they "think" its candy. So this way it is easy to get them to eat some healthy stuff...
Easy to handle, easy for them to chew or swallow, because the capsules are soft- Even our 1 year old girl can easy "eat" the capsules.
